A vial of milky fluid (can be mistaken for a potion) that when shattered, forms a misty cloud identical to the Wizard Spell Anti-Magic Cloud. The strength of the gases' effects are as if the spell is cast by a fifth level wizard. Unlike the spell, the magic effects the magic items and any spell casting attempted by the person who breaks the flask. Most commonly available in the Western Empire.
