ships. They have have a phase transit cannon that does a large amount of
damage. As all wing commander capital ships, It has phase shields which
have the advantage that no fighter and smaller weapons can effect it with
the exceptions of Ship Killers, Proton Torpedoes and Concussion missiles.
It is completely Confederation built equipment. It also carries 204 fighters.
